So I weighed myself this morning and after a week and a half I'm 5 lbs down which isn't bad at all. I've also reached the 10 stone something mark!!! I haven't been 10 something in like 3 years :) Goodbye 11 stone :) I feel all the more motivated nw yaaay!
And now I'm sooo glad i went for that jog yesterday even though i was tired!

"You're closer than you were yesterday"
Soooo....Ive had exams sooo i didn't exercise for two days meaning both days were spent being static on my bed. I had an exam today so i barely had any sleep so i'm doing my weigh in tomorrow :) cos u lose weight while you sleep right! Despite having only 2 hours sleep last night, I went for a jog tonight. Even though i jogged 5 mins less than my usual time i figured a bad workout is better than no work out.
There's so many things i just love about jogging. Like its definitely hard to get out there sometimes but im in love with the feeling that comes with it, the feeling of power and me taking control of my life, the feeling of doing something right, the feeling of success! I just love it! Jogging also makes me eat healthier because I'm experiencing the pain that comes with burning calories so naturally you don't wanna eat anything too calorific.
So yeah weigh in tomorrow... It will have been 11 days and i'm hoping to be 5lbs down but any loss is better than none.
I also realised i've changed throughout the course of this blog, I used to hate my body soooo much and it used to depress me but now even though i'm not at my lowest weight, I love my body more than I ever have and I wanna improve it. As a result of loving it, I wanna exercise and i want it to look its best. I also think there's so point hating something you're stuck with, I'm stuck with my hourglass proportions and when I was younger, i used to hate it but now I genuinely think its beautiful. I'm very much against putting yourself down because of your body because there just isn't nay point. If you can't love yourself, no one else will.
Another reason i decided to love my body was because I realised our society has double standards, girls and women are under soo much scrutiny and pressure to look a certain way. Although, its difficult, I don't wanna succumb to this. This is why im now pro slimspo and fitspo rather than thinspo. I used to wanna be thin, now I just want to be slim and toned :) and i'm happier than ever.
I was looking at old pictures of myself and I think its amazing how my ideal body is my own body, it just made me realise that I can do this. :)
