BACK!!!!...again

So i was looking through other people's thinspiring pictures and I found alot of them were too thin and boney for me...so I thought why not have a look at my own blogs picturess!!! I haven't been here in a while because I failed sometime in beginning of august however I got back on track! My GW and UGW are still the same :)

So I thought i'd look at my profile and it turns out im 8lbs LIGHTER THAN I WAS BEFORE WHICH IS REALLY ENCOURAGING!!!! I'm so chuffed ( as we britons will say).

So the way I lose this weight was basically just eating 300-600 calories a day and exercising as well.
I'm currently trying to eat as low as possible :) My weight in is supposed to be on sunday but im on my period sooo ill weigh myself on Tuesday morning and I hope to have lost 6 - 7 lbs from last sunday ( in 9 days). By the 23rd of september I hope to be 10'2 or 10'3.... meaning I hope to lose 18lbs in 5 weeks which is alottttt. To be honest, ill be happy with anything around 14lbs! 

I was thinking the other day...the only thing that has come between me and being skinny is all the food ive eaten in the past month! At the end of the day its just food!!! I just need to stay strong. Yesterday, I worked out for nearly 2 hours...IT FELT SOOO GOOD :)
